Dialogue 1: Can I see your ticket and pasport?

Airport Officer    : Good morning, sir. Can i see your ticket and passport please?
Pax     : Certainly, there you are.
Airport Officer   : Thank you. Okay and how many suitcases you will you be checking in?
Pax   : Just one suitcase.
Airport Officer  : Did you pack your bag yourself?
Pax        : Yes, I did.
Airport Officer    : Do you have any electrical goods?
Pax    : have a hairdryer in my hand luggage?
Airport Officer      : That’s fine. So nothing else in your suitcase?
Pax      : No.
Airport Officer     : Okay. Would you like a window or aisle seat?
Pax       : A window seat, please.
Airport Officer     : Okay, this is your seat number and the departure gate. You can go straight through to the departure lounge. Enjoy Your Flight.
Pax          : And what time will we be boarding?
Airport Officer   : We begin boarding at 9.
Pax          : Okay, thank you. Goodbye.

Ticketing Officer       : Hello! Silver Airways. This is Steven speaking. May i help you?
Customer    : I’d like to book 2 round-trip tickets to Evansville.
Ticketing Officer       : Okay, sir. And what is your name?
Customer     : Richard Green. I’ll be travelling with my wife, June.
Ticketing Officer   : Okay then. That is Richard Greene and June Greene
Customer   : Yes.
Ticketing Officer    : Okay. Where will you be flying from?
Customer   : Chicago. You have flights out of Chicago, don’t you?
Ticketing Officer    Yes Mr. Green. Chicago is one of our main hubs. We have two daily flight between Chicago and Evansville. The morning flight depart at 7.15. It’s direct flight but stops at Rapid city.
Customer     : Do you have any non-stop flight?
Ticketing Officer       : Yes. We have non-stop flight Chivago-Evansville every afternoon at 16.25.
Customer     : Oh. We really would prefer travelling in the morning. Don’t you have any non-stop flights in the morning?
Ticketing Officer       : No, i’m sorry sir. Just the one flight with the brief stop in Rapid city. And you will not have to change plane.
Customer   : Okay. We will take the morning flight. Friday, June 21st.
Ticketing Officer   : Okay. One moment please…… Okay sir. We have flight seats available. Do you have a seating preference?
Customer     : Yes. I’d like to have a seat on the aisle. My legs are pretty long.
Ticketing Officer       : Okay, sir. I know what you mean. Do you know your return date?
Customer    : Is it possible for me to leave my return date open?
Ticketing Officer    : Yes, sir. We can lease the return date open. But the return portion of  the ticket must be used within 30 days.
Customer     : Okay, that will be no problem.
Ticketing Officer       : Your tickets come to 558 dollars. How would you like to pay for them?
Customer   : I’ll have my secretary come pick them up. She can pay for them then.
Ticketing Officer    : Okay. The tickets have to paid on week before departure or your reservation will be cancelled.
Customer    : I’ll send my secretary over this afternoon.
Ticketing Officer   : That will be fine. Does she now where our offices are located?
Customer      : Yes. She’s been there before.
Ticketing Officer   :  Okay then, Sir. I have two round-trip tickets in the name of Dick and June Greene. The Chicago-Evansville flight. The portion of that ticket is confirmed for Friday, June 21st at 7.15.
Customer    : That is correct.
Ticketing Officer   : The return portion has been left open. The total price comes to 558 dollars and we should expect your secretary to pict the tickets up at the office this afternoon.
Customer     : Thanks very much.
Ticketing Officer  : Our pleasure, sir. I hope you enjoy flying with Silver Airways.
Customer    : Goodbye.
Ticketing Officer   : Goodbye.

Baggage agent :  I’m very sorry sorry that’s happened
Jenny : What do I need to do?
Baggage agent : Please fill out this lost luggage form
Jenny : I have very important business paper  in my suitcase 
Baggage agent : I understand and I’m very sorry
Jenny : You contact me as soon as you find it?
Baggage agent : Yes we will send it to you right away 
Jenny: I’m staying in the hotel downtown
Baggage agent : I will contact  you as soon as we locate your suitcase

A             : Good morning sir, how may I help you, sir?
B             : Good morning. I will take a flight
A             : where are you flying today?
B             : I am going to Jakarta
A             : May I have your ticket and passport, please?
B             : Sure, here they are.
A             : Thank you Mr. How many pieces of luggage will you be checking in?
B             : Three bags. I also have one carry-on bag
A             : Alright sir. Please place your bags on the scale
B             : Okay, I place bags on the scale
A             : I’m sorry sir, your luggage is overweight. You need to pay for the excess weight sir
B             : Oh, I see. How much do I have to pay?
A             : You need to pay Rp. 150.000, Sir.
B             : Alright. Is cash okay?
A             : Of course, sir
B             : Okay, here it is.
A             : Thank you, sir would you like a window or an aisle
B             : The window please
A             : Okay, this is your seat number and the departure gate, sir. Your flight leaves at gate 5 and it will  begin boarding at 10 A.M your seat number is 20 D.
B             : Thank you very much

Icha : I just want to buy tickets for only the departure.
Receptionist : Ok, so you mean the one way ticket, right? When will you go?
Icha : I will go on Saturday. Can I get a ticket on this weekend?
Receptionist : Sorry, the tickets are sold out.
Icha : Really? A few hours ago, my friend bought a ticket for Saturday’s departure and he got it.
Receptionist : Let me check again.
Icha : Thank you. I really want to get it.
Receptionist : Oh, here it is. You can get the ticket for the executive class. Are you interested?
Icha : How much does it cost?
Receptionist : Rp. 300.000.
Icha : It’s so expensive!
Receptionist : Several days ago, the ticket prices for the executive class were increased and if you do not want this ticket, you can join the economic class on Sunday.
Icha : I have to go on Saturday.
Receptionist : So, what’s your decision? Let’s take a decision fast, there are plenty of people waiting in line behind you.
Icha : I’m sorry, ok I buy a ticket for the executive class.
