Customer : Just one week. My last day of work is 26th of July. And I go back on the 5th August
Receptionist : OK. Here’s our Sydney Brochure. Have a look if there is a hotel that you like.
Customer : Ah. This one is good. The Four Season Hotel. It’s expensive but I have been told It’s very nice.
Receptionist : Yes. It’s very high class hotel. ’m sure you’ll enjoy your stay there. Would you like me to make the booking now , Sir.
Customer : Yes, please.

(Booking a Flight)
A : Hello, I need to schedule my trip to Paris for next week?
B : When would you like to travel?
A : I have to reach Paris by the 24th
B : Is this a round trip? Will you need a return ticket, too ?
A : Yes, check that for 31st in the evening.
B : Yes, there’s a nonstop flight to Paris from Kennedy airport on 24th at 6AM. On 31st you may board flight 309 which is also nonstop at 4:30 PM.
A : Okay, fine, I think that can work for me.
B : Would you like to book the tickets then?
A : What’s the cost ?
B : It’ll be $2.750
A : Do you accept cards?
B : Yes, we do.
(Booking a Hotel)
A : I’d like to book a hotel in Paris, please.
B : Sure, we can help you find a great place.
A : Well, I need a budget hotel that’s near the marketplaces.
B : Certainly, just give me a second. Okay, here’s one. It’s the Belladonna on Lock Avenue.
A : What are the rates for 1 person?
B : It costs $150 per night. The room is big and has one queen size bed.
A : Okay, book that for 3 nights then, from the 24th to the 26th of this month.
B : Certainly, sir. Is there anything else I could help you with?
A : That’s all for now, thank you!
(Enquiring for a Lower Fare)
A : How may I help you?
B : I need to book three tickets in economy class for Tokyo on the 28th of May.
A : Okay. Yes here’s a flight on ANA from San Francisco to Tokyo. Would you like the return tickets, too?
B : No, just one way. How much is the fare?
A : It would be $5.570 for three tickets.
B : Are there any other cheaper flights?
A : This is the Cheapest for that day. However, if you book for the 1st of June, you’ll have to pay only $4.800 for the three tickets on JAL.
B : I see. Let me talk to my husband and call you back.

Nadya : Good afternoon.

Nadya : Certainly. When would you like to go, Mom.
Karima : From twenty first until twenty fourth March.
Nadya : For four days, Mom.
Karima : Yes, that’s right.
Nadya : And how many people?
Karima : Oh. Just for me.
Nadya : I see. Are you interested in a package from one of the tour Operators?
Karima : What do you suggest?
Nadya : If you are travelling alone, then I recommend, “Pahawang Trips”
Karima : What does “Pahawang Trip” have?
Nadya : They have got a special offer for individuals one day in Pahawang Island just for Rp. 2.900.000
Karima : That sounds reasonable. What does the price include?
Nadya : It includes return boat fare, plus a stay in a cottage with breakfast and dinner.
Karima : What a nice package.
Dialogue 4 : An amazing package of you
Travel Agent : Hello Sir, you gave a call regarding the booking of yours to Lampung.
Costumer : Yes, please.
Travel Agent : Sir, I would like to tell you that we have recently prepared an amazing package of you and your wife.
Customer : Can you tell me the detail of the package?
Travel Agent : Sure, This package you will get three night and two days. Breakfast and lunch are include in this, and the complete package is Rp. 7.500.000.
Customer : That’s a nice package.
Travel Agent : So, When are you and your wife plan to go?
Customer : Well, I plan to have vacation next month. I think about early June.
Travel Agent : That’s perfect, Sir. This package will be valid for two months.
Customer : Great. How can I complete the booking?
Travel Agent : Just give your ID proof and photograph and you have to pay the down payment Rp. 4.000.000.
Customer : Sure, no problem. How can I make the payment?
Travel Agent : You can pay by cash or transfer. You may also pay by credit card.
Customer : OK. I will pay by transfer.
Travel Agent : I will send you the Travel Agent bank account as soon as possible.
Customer : All right. Thanks.
Travel Agent : Good bye, Sir.
